The Seahawks have cut veteran running back CJ Spiller from the roster. In a move made because rookie CJ Prosise is now able to play with his wrist injury and because of the upcoming return of Thomas Rawls. Rawls is able to run now at practice and should be set to go come the New England Patriots game. The Seahawks will first host the Buffallo Bills at home (after New Orleans) then will go on the road to New England. The move also frees up some space to bring back veteran full back Will Tukuafu. Tukuafu will add some needed punch in the run game that has been lost the last few weeks, as the Seahawks have gone without a fullback. The injury to Luke Willson has hurt the running game because he's played so much of a run blocking role.
