As the Pacific Northwest is battling a storm that could be one of the worst since 1962, the forecast for Sunday looks to be more of the same. The Seahawks gameday forecast looks to be wet and winds that could reach 40MPH. It will be nasty but it favors the Seahawks as the Falcons are mostly a passing attack offense.
The Falcons are on an offensive roll as of late averaging about 475 yards per game. Matt Ryan is having a MVP type season so far and Julio Jones is a monster wide out who is the best in the NFL. All this may mean nothing come Sunday. The Pacific Northwest is getting blasted by a historic type storm and leaving close to 15,000 people out of power already. It is not supposed to let up much and will carry over to Sunday. It all is bad news for the Atlanta Falcons who base their offense on throwing the ball down field. Not sure how you'll get anywhere with winds that look to be as high as 40 MPH. Century Link Field and the 12th man are hard enough to face in of itself, but add in nasty weather that compromises your offense and it only get uglier. The Seahawks are favored by 7 already but as the weather worsens it only favors Seattle more.
